This fish man was one of 10 creatures I've been working on for an unannounced mobile game project by a client. They provided the concept art, and I did each character full pipeline (low and high poly 3D models, UV unwrapping, material creation, animations and setting up as a Unity Prefab).

Walk animation. The creature had to have an irregular, ataxic gait, and move in a bit of a disturbing manner.
